Amity
Amity is a dedicated and hardworking treble ensemble that sings choral music of varying styles and levels of difficulty. This choir is open to all singers in a treble range until all seats are filled in each section. There is no audition required. Amity

In addition to the dates listed below, each member of our choirs is expected to attend a weekend-long retreat at Camp Magruder, October 6-8, 2023.

ATTENDANCE EXPECTATIONS:
Any singer who misses the rehearsal immediately preceding a service or concert will not sing in the singer or concert itself. No singer should plan to miss more than three (3) services/concerts throughout the year. Singers who are sick or who have been exposed to contagious illness should stay home. This will not count against your three (3) planned absences. If any singer needs to miss more than the allotted three (3) services/concerts, or more than half the scheduled services and/or concerts in the year due to illness, they will be asked to take a leave of absence for the remainder of the year and will be invited to return the following year if there is a vacant seat in their section. Anyone in auditioned choirs gone for three or more (3+) seasons will be asked to re-audition. The first rehearsal is mandatory for all singers planning to participate in choir throughout the year, so please make your late summer plans accordingly.
