Our “Beyond Categorical Thinking” workshop, facilitated by the UUA’s Rev Keith Kron, was a rich 3-hour training. We thank the individuals who participated, and encourage you all to share some of your take-aways with your other church groups and communities.
This workshop was designed to help us understand and confront our own individual and congregational biases that may affect the ministerial search. Keith provided us with 20 case studies, and several were discussed in-depth. We’re sharing them here so that you can engage in this work, even if you were unable to attend the training.
