- Recommence weekly meetings
- Distribute congregational survey
Summer 2021:
- Work on survey analysis
- Plan for small group meetings
- Work on Congregational Record and Documents Packet
Fall 2021:
- Sept/Oct: “Beyond Categorical Thinking” weekend
- Sept-Nov: Hold small group meetings with congregation
- Mid Nov: Submit Congregational Record to UUA
- Dec. 1: Congregational Record released to ministers
- Prepare Documents Packet throughout Fall
January 2022:
- First week: UUA provides initial list of candidates to Search Committee
- Read/screen files of interested ministers
- Jan. 2-15: Search Committee video interviews with top applicants
- Mid-late January: Initial reference checks and website review
- Mid-January-early February: pre-candidate selections made (typically three)
Feb/March 2022:
- Search Committee holds pre-candidating weekends
- Select candidate (candidate must also select First Unitarian)
End of April/early May 2022:
- Candidating week: whole congregation
- End of candidating week: congregation votes on the call
August 2022: New senior minister begins
