Please bring any diapering supplies, formula, food, and other items child[ren] may need. Parents/caregivers are welcome to stay, drop off, or pop in and out. The nursery is open from 10:00 to 11:30 am.
Preschool
Join us for stories, participatory ritual, and simple activities featuring art and experimentation. Children get to learn about their sense of self, the people they know, their religious community, our planet home and her many marvels, and local and global cultures. Parents/caregivers are welcome to drop off or stay.
Kindergarten – 1st Grade
Children develop an expansive sense of home, grounded in Unitarian Universalist values. Together we learn about the homes we might live in, how the idea of home can help everyone belong, what it means to have a faith home, and our own bodies as our first and most basic place where we might be truly at home. Parents/caregivers are welcome to drop off or stay.
2nd – 5th Grade
Children create a community with their peers to explore their beliefs, identities, and capacities. They encounter our Unitarian Universalist shared values in a variety of ways, including with wisdom stories, group projects, art, rituals, active play, experiments, and opportunities for spiritual growth.
Middle School (6th – 8th Grade)
Students in this program connect with their peers, while creating their own community of care and growth. They tackle team-building non competitive games of logic and systems thinking, explore opportunities to develop leadership skills, and get to dig into hands-on artistic projects.
High School YRUU (9th – 12th Grade)
Supported by advisors, youth vision and bring into being their own goals. Some highlights include collectively planning and leading a worship service for the church community, trips and other overnight experiences, working on climate justice projects, and helping with the kindergarten class. Our youth create a socially connected, high meaning experience for themselves.
