The following is updated information about how to schedule your COVID 19 Vaccination. Eligibility for the vaccine at this time is by age group:

  • February 8 – 80 & older
  • February 15 – 75 & older
  • February 22 – 70 & older
  • March 1 – 65 & older

The date of eligibility is the first date that you will have access to scheduling your vaccination.

If you would like help with scheduling your vaccination appointment, please send an email to The Alliance. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

How to Schedule a Vaccination Appointment

We recommend reading the instructions through once before signing up. You will need to enter your date of birth and Social Security Number. If you have a MyHealth account, have your login and password available as well.

  1. A chat box will pop up to the right labeled Vaccine Information Tool, click “Start chat.”
  2. Click “Vaccine eligibility”
  3. The tool will take you through a series of eligibility questions.
  4. The tool will ask you if you have mobility issues. Click “yes “if you want a choice between the walk-through site at the Oregon Convention Center or the drive-through at Portland Airport.
  5. If you are eligible, you will see a “Schedule now” to make your appointment.
  6. Choose a time by clicking on the preferred time.
  7. To complete your appointment time, you can either sign up as a guest, or put in your MyHealth information.
  8. At the confirmation screen, we recommend either printing or taking a screenshot of your confirmation. You will get a text or email with confirmation.

Appointments fill up quickly and times run out based on vaccine supply. Additional appointments open as soon as available, so check back multiple times a day until you get your appointment once you are in the “eligible” group.

The website sometimes gets overloaded, so try again in a while if it’s not working.

If you have access to MyChart through OHSU or Legacy, you may be able to sign up through that.  In addition, pharmacies throughout the Portland area are also scheduling appointments:
