Every individual who begins the journey into membership at First Unitarian Church makes a commitment to become an active participant in the life of this community. Only by making this commitment can we hope to build our community - and a commitment to building a real religious community together is one of the significant meanings of church membership.

Explore ways to become more connected to our community. Attending service on Sunday is a rewarding experience, but most members find that it is not enough. We encourage you to deepen your connection by getting involved in one of our programs:

• Adult Programs (classes, retreats, and special events)
• Music (adult and children's choirs; handbells)
• Social Justice Action Groups
• Young Adult Programming (ages 18-35)
• The Learning Community (children's classes and youth programs)

Pick up a copy of the All-Church Program Guide that details many of the programs, events and classes that will help you along the path to membership. For assitance in finding a group, program, class or activity that is right for you, contact the Membership Coordinator at the church office.
