The First Unitarian Church of Portland UU Men's Community will sponsor and lead this retreat for the men of our church. The theme this is year is: Standing at the Center of the Wheel.  What does it mean to cultivate and nurture a healthy balance between our body, our soul, our work, and our spiritality?  Using the ancient rythyms of the four seasons and the compass of the four directions, we’ll explore what is means to stand in balance at the center of the wheel of life.  Teams of men from the community will facilitate explorations of each of these four critical areas of our mental, physical and spiritual health.  We invite you to join us May 2-4 at Camp Magruder on the Oregon coast for this exciting retreat.
