This gentle yoga class is for all body types with an emphasis this summer on building resilience and strength. In community and aware of our bodies, we are able to fully experience life.
Facilitator: A member of First Unitarian Church, Elizabeth Domike teaches studio classes and private sessions with a special focus on spine health, stress relief, and energy renewal.
