Making and fulfilling a pledge to our annual fund drive is an opportunity to make real our connections to others and to that which is larger than ourselves. When it comes to determining the amount of your annual pledge, the decision is yours. No set amount is required. Instead, you are asked to think deeply about the role of First Church in your life. Voting members of the church are asked to “pledge generously within their means to the annual operating fund of the church." All church members and friends are encouraged to do likewise. What is “generous” for you? Each person’s circumstance is different, so that is something that only you can decide. Making your pledge.
