On Thursday October 9, 6-8pm in the Buchan Reception Room, B102, a potluck dinner will be held for anyone interested in joining a sustaining circle this year.
The sustaining circles are small support groups that will last six weeks; they will build communiy and encourage people to integrate their spiritual values into an active way of life.
